Sammagri:

  • 500 gram chicken
  • 2 pyaaz (kate hue)
  • 2 tamatar (kate hue)
  • 1/4 cup makhan
  • 1/2 cup dahi
  • 2 chhoti ilaichi
  • 1/2 chammach laal mirch powder
  • Namak swad ke anusaar

Vidhi:

  1. Ek kadhai mein makhan garam karein aur usmein pyaaz aur ilaichi dalein. Bhunein jab tak pyaaz sunehra na ho jaye.
  2. Ab tamatar, laal mirch powder, aur namak dalein. Pakayein jab tak tel alag na ho jaye.

3. Masala Dosa Recipe
Masala dosa South India se prasiddh hai aur sabhi ko pasand aata hai. Ismein crispy dosa ke beech mein masale wala aloo bharta hota hai. Iska tarika:

Sammagri:

  • Dosa batter (tayar)
  • 2 aloo (uble hue aur mashed)
  • 1 pyaaz (kata hua)
  • 1 hari mirch (kati hui)
  • 1/2 chammach haldi powder
  • 1/2 chammach lal mirch powder
  • 1/2 chammach jeera
  • Namak swad ke anusaar

Vidhi:

  1. Ek pan mein tel garam karein aur usmein jeera dalein. Jab jeera bhun jaye, pyaaz aur hari mirch dalein.
  2. Pyaaz sunehra ho jaye, tab uble hue aloo, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, aur namak dalein. Milayein aur 2 minute tak pakayein.
  3. Dosa tawa garam karein aur us par dosa batter spread karein. Tel daal kar crispy hone tak pakayein.
  4. Dosa ko plate par nikalein aur masala aloo ke sath serve karein.

4. Chole Bhature Recipe
Chole bhature ek dilkash Punjabi dish hai jo har kisi ko behad pasand aati hai. Garam bhature ke sath swadisth chole ka maza hi kuch aur hai. Iska tarika:

Sammagri:

  • 1 cup chole (soaked overnight)
  • 2 pyaaz (kate hue)
  • 2 tamatar (kate hue)
  • 2 hari mirch (kati hui)
  • 1/2 inch adrak (kata hua)
  • 2 chhoti elaichi
  • 1 chammach chole masala
  • 1/2 chammach amchur powder
  • 1/2 chammach garam masala
  • Namak swad ke anusaar

Vidhi:

  1. Ek pressure cooker mein chole, pyaaz, tamatar, hari mirch, adrak, elaichi, chole masala, amchur powder, garam masala aur namak daal kar ubalne dein. 3 se 4 seeti lagane tak pakayein.
  2. Bhature ke liye gehu ka aata, dahi, namak, aur baking powder ko ek bowl mein mix karein aur garam pani daal kar dough tayar karein. 2 ghante ke liye rakh dein.
  3. Dough se chote chote gol chole tayar karein aur unhe deep fry karein.
  4. Chole ko bhature ke sath serve karein, pyaaz aur hari mirch ke sath.

5. Gulab Jamun Recipe
Gulab Jamun ek mithai hai jo har kisi ki manpasand hai. Yeh mithai bharpur ghee mein deep fry ki jati hai aur mithas se bhari hoti hai. Iska tarika:

**Sammagri:**

  • 1 cup khoya
  • 1/4 cup maida
  • 1/4 chammach baking powder
  • Ghee deep frying ke liye
  • Cheeni syrup ke liye

Vidhi:

  1. Khoya ko mash karke maida aur baking powder ke sath milayein aur dough tayar karein.
  2. Dough se chote chote gol gulab jamun banayein aur unhe ghee mein deep fry karein. Halka sunehra hone tak fry karein.
  3. Cheeni syrup mein fry kiye hue gulab jamun ko daal kar 2 ghante tak rakh dein.
  4. Gulab jamun ko thanda hone ke baad serve karein.
